Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (within the United States):

    • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75.00
    • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • International Shipping:

    • We currently do not ship internationally but are working to expand. Please check back soon for updates!

Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Please note that during peak times (holidays, special promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • Order Confirmation:
    Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping. The carrier may vary depending on your location and the shipping option chosen.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@number8teaco.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please reach out to us at info@number8teaco.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but please note that changes may not be possible if your order is already processed.
