• Non-Consumable Items: Items like the Ez-Brew and other tea accessories are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
• Consumable Products (Teas): Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on tea products that have been opened or partially used. However, if there is a problem with your tea (such as a quality issue), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work to make it right.
How to Start a Return
